Since 1992, Holiday Bazaar has always been the leading specialists in tailor-made bespoke holidays.

We are a small owner-managed company dedicated to providing personal, professional and detailed specialist knowledge about the countries which we specialise in. Having lived and operated safaris in Africa and travelled extensively throughout the Indian Ocean, Indian subcontinent, the Middle East, Asia and Europe we are in the exciting position of being able to share our knowledge and love of these countries with you, the prospective traveller. We’ve been exploring the world with a sense of adventure. But what about you?

In addition to dedicated ‘wildlife safaris’, we also specialise in more general self-drive holidays through South Africa and Namibia, as well as beach holidays to wonderful places such Mauritius, Mozambique, Zanzibar and The Seychelles. It is easily possible to combine a wildlife safari with other interests. We genuinely tailor-make each holiday, starting with a ‘blank canvas’ and finding out what your requirements are and what is going to suit you. We’ll help you tie in destinations, flights, hotels and experiences in all these places.

As we offer such a wide range of holiday options across the globe, our customers vary enormously in age, interests and requirements. Single travellers, couples, families, groups of friends, honeymooners and photographers all travel with us, from not just across Europe & North America, but further afield from Asia and the Indian Subcontinent. Each of our customers is unique and individual.

The hotels, lodges and camps in which you stay, and the guides who share their knowledge with you on a tour or safari, are the ultimate keys to any successful trip. Through our own travels, we have individually hand-picked our overseas ground operators who are dedicated to providing the same level of technical expertise and professionalism as ourselves and we have chosen the hotels, camps and lodges that we feel will offer the very best experience in a particular place at a given time of the year.

We are an independent tour operator which allows us the freedom to pick and choose what we believe to be the best properties in any particular country. We have no financial ties with any hotel groups or airlines and this allows us to be totally objective in our selection of accommodation. If we feel that a certain property no longer lives up to its billing then we will steer you away to what we feel is a better or more suitable establishment. By close and continual monitoring of standards in all countries in which we operate, we are able to ensure that you will always receive the advice that is right for you.
